What People Are Saying…

Happy Holidays! We did a lot of homework before ordering from Blanche Farms Beef. Our boys are picky 'meat' experts - and they loved the steaks from Blanche Farms Beef. I most strongly recommend Blanche Farms Beef!

Top quality meats ! Love how the animals are raised with care. No toxins, all natural. This is meat I can trust. I am surprised that the prices are not as high as I would have thought as well. Will be ordering again for sure. Easy to order and can be picked up. S glad I heard of this farm!

Diane Wilson
Such a great purchase from a local farm!! Website was easy to navigate, there were plenty of bundle choices and staff at the store was friendly and very accommodating. That is all without saying the beef we purchased is high quality and makes meals great.

FAQ

How much freezer space will I need?

The rule of thumb is one cubic foot of freezer space for every 35 – 40 pounds of packaged meat. A quarter of beef will fit into a 5 -7 cubic foot chest freezer. A half beef will need about 8 cubic feet. A whole beef will need at least 16-17 cubic feet. For more info click here.

How do I select the cuts I want?

Prior to your beef getting processed you will need to fill out a cut sheet to let the butcher know what you’d like. On this sheet, you will be able to specify which cuts you’d like, how thick you’d like your steaks, whether you’d like cuts with bone-in or boneless, etc. Click here to view the cut sheet.

How long will it take to process the beef?

Once your meat is dropped off at the butcher, it will hang for 21-28 days depending upon availability. Once it is cut and wrapped, your meat will go back into the freezer for 48 hours and then will be ready for pickup.

What are the cut and wrap fees?

When purchasing a steer from us, cut and wrap fees will vary. It depends which processor we take the steers to, but will range from $0.75 to $1.20 per pound.

Will I need to pick up my beef?

You can pick up your beef from the butcher when it is ready.
