The Poret Family and Blanche Farms Beef which is located in Mansura, Louisiana, has been family owned for 5 generations. Blanche Farms Beef is committed to providing the best quality angus beef to it’s customers.
All beef is bred on the farm and remain on the farm until processing. The cattle are grown naturally without the use of hormones or antibiotics. Beef is finished on grain for up to 12 months. Beef is processed locally with the option of dry aging which add to the tenderness of the meat.
